What really matters on your engagement day?
If you only had a few hours in Dublin, and it’s raining, but you're ready to propose—what would you do? You’d still propose, right? Of course! In my last post, I mentioned the unpredictable Irish weather, but I only brought it up because the rain is a constant here, and you shouldn’t let it derail your plans. That’s exactly what Chris did on the day he proposed to Kelly, rain or shine!

They arrived in Dublin on a rainy Monday at noon, and Chris knew he only had a short window to propose at 4 p.m. The day started with heavy rain, and as the hours passed, it didn’t seem like the weather was going to improve. Understandably, Chris was a bit on edge with the rain threatening such an important moment. But I reassured him not to worry—I had umbrellas on hand, and there was a small sheltered spot in the park where we could take cover if the rain became too much.
Rain or shine, the proposal would still be perfect.
And it was!
